Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to the conditions below, I confirm my participation in the event organized by Bravisi SA and acknowledge the following:

1. General Information

BRAVISI SA is the sole owner of “The Torque Rally” brand and all related materials, intellectual property, and merchandising. All rights to use the brand are reserved.

2. Not a Race

This event is a lifestyle and driving experience, not a race or competition. Dangerous driving, racing, or betting is strictly prohibited.

‍

3. Own Rresponsibility

I participate voluntarily and at my own risk. I am fully responsible for my vehicle, my driving, and my compliance with all local laws and traffic regulations.

4. Insurance & Documents

I confirm that I hold a valid driver’s license and that my vehicle is properly registered, road-legal, and fully insured. Proof of insurance will be provided if requested.

5. Liability Release

I release Bravisi SA, its directors, employees, and partners from any responsibility for accidents, injuries, property damage, fines, or other losses that may occur during my participation.

‍

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bravisi SA against any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from my participation in the event.

‍

7. Conduct

I will act responsibly at all times. I will not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that impairs my ability to drive safely.

8. Media Release

I agree that photos and video recordings taken during the event may be used by Bravisi SA for promotional purposes.

‍

9. Jurisdiction

This waiver is governed by Swiss law.
